We sat down with Justin, our fearless, spreadsheet-wielding, coffee-fueled team leader to talk about real estate, leadership, and what really happens behind the scenes (besides dad jokes and deal closings).

•  What got you into real estate? Be honest—was it HGTV or the thrill of locking deals like a boss?
  "Railroad work often demanded long or irregular hours. I was looking for a profession that allowed more balance while still being dynamic and rewarding — and real estate offered that."

  “It sure isn’t as easy as it seems on the outside.”

  “They probably think I mostly drink coffee and make it look easy. Kidding, my team knows there’s a lot of quiet chaos management going on behind the scenes."
